"18” is about a friendship. Although their hearts and minds differed from each other, for a powerful moment early in life, two opposites were friends. Thus’ altering paths and life directions changed through this “friendship”. This piece, like many of my other pieces, has canvases stapled together to symbolize different worlds levels, and ideas. In this case, the front canvas depicting the two characters, are causing an explosive effect on the rest of the world and their life directions. Both characters were holy in their own right.
